Dimensional ruffled edgings are knit into the stripe pattern of this easy-to-make fashion accessory. Separately knit rosettes are stitched in place for a colorful finish. This e-pattern was originally published in the March 2011 issue of Creative Knitting magazine.

Size: 14" x 50". Made with light (DK) weight yarn and size 4 (3.5mm) needles.
